COVID- 19 REVISION

I want to ensure all of my clients that I take your health and safety seriously. These Safety Guidelines are required by the State of Tennessee in order to keep both myself and my clients safe. I will be following these guidelines for each of my appointments. Please help me by adhering to these saftey measures.

Clients will have to remove any face covering for service. If for any reason you are feeling sick, PLEASE cancel your appointment. If for any reason you decide to show up to your appointment and you are clearly sick, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will not be rescheduled, and your will lose your deposit.

CONTRACTS

Contracts are required for all bridal bookings. Contracts are only provided for bridal bookings.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required at the time of booking. When a deposit is made please know that the deposit is non-refundable (cannot be refunded if the appointment is cancelled) & non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another appointment). 

 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, your deposit is 100% non-refundable and cannot be put to another booking in the future. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment. 

 

LATE

When booking your appointment please be mindful of time you are booking for. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or an additional fee of $1/minute will be added.

NO SHOW

If for any reason you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is 100% non-refundable and cannot be put to another booking in the future. In addition to losing your deposit you will be charged the remaining balance of your appointment.

LIABILITY

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Shante Coleman (Shante YuSlay) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT

  • Please be prepared for your appointment upon arrival.

  • Please come with your face clean of any makeup.

  • For best results please come with your brows already groomed. Brow gooming available if schedule permits.

  • If you have allergies or preferences please disclose them prior to your appointment.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS

Due to the social distancing guidelines I can not let more than 2 people into the workspace unless we can maintain social distancing.  Please do not bring a guest unless you are under 18. If you come with another person without notifying me, the person will be asked to wait for you outside for the duration of your appointment. 

 

EARLY/LATE START TIMES

All start times of 5:59AM or earlier for appointments at my location, will require an additional fee of $50. If you are interested in an earlier or later start time that is not available please fill out the form on the contact page.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS 

Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup applications. A “set up” table/ work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by makeup artist.

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS 

All cost for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: Transportation, Parking, Airfare, Hotel Stay ect.
